* Demetra will do the layout for a banner and 
coordinate with Michael Smith about getting it printed.
 
 
Volunteers
* Demetra will email the volunteer list to 
solicit volunteers for the Nov 1 meeting.
 
* Fran will write up a webmaster description 
and send it to Jeff & the Board.
 
* Everyone needs to get their volunteer list to Jeff.

September Meeting, Electronic Theatre, September 21, 2006
* Demetra will get the pictures of the Board taken at the 
September meeting and send them to Fran to put on the web.
* Demetra will give Fran and Jeff a list of the places we send
our PR too.
* Demetra will send Fran the slideshow in a format to put up on
the web.
* Demetra will send Fran a list of our supporters so she can add
them to the website.
 
November Meeting, AutoDesk Tour 
(presented by 3DV), November 1, 2006
* Jeff will contact 3DV about the drawing.
 
* Demetra will send email to the volunteer list seeking volunteers.
 
* Fran will send Demetra and Jeff her contact info for Wacom.
* Fran will send Jeff and Andy new membership lists
* Fran will send the membership form word document to Jeff.
 
November Meeting, Social with IXDA / CHIFOO / SIGGRAPH / ASIFA,

* Demetra will check with the producer of this meeting (Will Palumbo) 
to get the final date of the meeting.
 
* Jeff will speak with the Lucky Lab about renting their room for
free (getting them to waive the fee) for the November meeting.

* Everyone still needs to put their web requirements on the wiki.
