* Jeff will email Demetra the email address for Fran Mcafee so she can get more details about booth 
duty and what will be paid for on the trip.
 
 
Future SIGGRAPH Conference in Portland
* Jeff and Andy will look into having the SIGGRAPH Conference in Portland. Jeff will call the 
Portland Development Commission (PDC) to see what the conference space and hotel space availability 
in Portland is.
 
 
Business Cards
* Demetra will send the Board email with the cost quotes for getting business cards.

April Social, Social Hour at Huber’s, April 20, 2006
* Andy will email Fran will the number of people who attended this event.
 
June Meeting, The Evolving World of 3D Modeling, June 22, 2006
* Herc will contact Intel to find out if they are doing anything on the 3D Modeling front.
* Demetra will talk to Mark Macey to help get this meeting going.

* Fran will write up some election announcements and send them to Jeff.
* Fran will create election forms, ballots, and post the election deadlines.
