* Fran will send email to the ACM SIGGRAPH Chapter
Booth managers and Fran M to see about
getting our SVR and other goodies.
 
 
Bylaws
* Fran will mail the bylaws to the officers.
 
 
Membership
* Demetra will email list of emails to Fran Z at her
gmail account
* Fran will email Demetra from her gmail account
* Demetra will put the membership kits together.
* Demetra will get the membership bins from Michael
 
 
Volunteer Committee
* Fran will ask Michael if he would like to be the
Volunteer Chair.
 
 
Events
Electronic Theatre
* Demetra will contact Sam Black (ET Producer) to make
arrangement to show the entire ET in Portland
* Andrew will email the previous years ET costs to Jeff.
 
Moongirl Presentation - Laika Studios (formerly Vinton
Studios)
* Fran will see if people from the Moongirl Production
could give us a presentation about their new short. 
Possibly later in September.
 
 
Public Relations
* Demetra will contact the people she knows to ask if
they will help with PR.
* Will the person who knows about our old PR deal
please give Demetra the information to follow up with
them?
 
 
Website
* Fran will look into fixing the broken website
Linsey Bell offered to help out on setting up a way
for members to join on-line.
* Fran will look into getting a page/form/mailing list
set up for announcements, so people can add themselves 
to the announcement list.
* Herc & Andrew will look into setting up a twiki page
